These colleges are developing and strengthening policies, programs, and practices across their institutions with a focus on the five project objectives: organizational culture, staff recruitment and development, technology, learning outcomes, and underprepared students.

To provide information and assistance to those in educational institutions around the world who are taking the Learning College journey, the Vanguard Learning Colleges have developed project websites that include their plans, progress, best practices, and project contacts.
